Small Works. Big Vision.

Faultline Gallery presents the third installment of 8×10, our annual small works exhibition featuring one-of-a-kind pieces created by local artists on Faultline’s handcrafted canvases and panels. Each participating artist receives a single 8×10 surface to transform — resulting in a dynamic collection that celebrates creativity within constraint.

The exhibition opens with a soft opening during Open Studios at Faultline Artspace on Saturday, December 6th, followed by the official Artist Reception on Friday, December 12th, from 5–9pm at Faultline Gallery. The show will be on view through February 21st, with sold work available for pickup before the holidays.

Showcasing a diverse range of styles, mediums, and ideas, 8×10 (2025) highlights the energy of Oakland’s art community and the craftsmanship behind every panel we build. Join us for this vibrant exhibition where small format meets bold expression.
