Faultline’s Phantasmagoria of BIRDS
Thursday November 20th - January 10th, 2026
ARTISTS RECEPTION SATURDAY NOV 22, 5-9pm
Phantasmagoria of Birds invites you into a surreal aviary of imagination. This group exhibition explores our evolving relationship with birds: creatures that inspire awe, superstition, and mythology across cultures. Artists interpret avian forms as symbols of freedom and fragility, of flight and fall, of instinct and spirit.
Presented by Faultline Gallery & Artspace, the show gathers an eclectic mix of visual voices — from the abstract to the ethereal, the scientific to the dreamlike. “Phantasmagoria of Birds” reveals how our connection to these winged beings mirrors the tension between the natural and the human-made world. Expect the unexpected: surreal beasts, fragments of mythology, and echoes of the sky rendered through paint, sculpture, and mixed media.
