Starting this September 16th, Faultline Gallery is adding a second weekly life drawing session — Wednesday nights, alongside our long-running Monday sessions.
Why We're Adding a Wednesday Session
Monday night life drawing has grown steadily since we started it, and as promised we are happily adding a second night with a longer pose format.
What to Expect on Wednesdays
The Wednesday session has its own format, distinct from Monday's short-pose pace:
Mostly 20-minute poses — more time to develop a drawing, work in a medium that needs it, or really study anatomy and form rather than capturing a quick gesture
Professional, experienced models from our regular rotation
All skill levels and mediums welcome — charcoal, graphite, ink, paint, whatever you draw with
Held at Faultline Gallery, 3908 MacArthur Blvd, Oakland — the same space as Monday sessions
